Dear All! I am passionate and empowered yoga teacher qualified in Therapeutic Yoga, Accessible yoga,
Yoga for Autism and Special Needs, Yoga for Children - all abilities, Chair Yoga for all group ages, Yoga for Staff Wellbeing at workplace and Hatha Yoga for Beginners. My goal is to make yoga available to everyone. I offer private one to one sessions, also small groups and online sessions. I also, provide visual and sensory resources.
